Epoxy resin is an adhesive synthetic resin system that adheres and makes the inter-fiber bonding for repair and reinforcement fiber sheets consisting of base material FF primer, impregnated adhesive FF dyne, and unevenness-modifying material FF putty.
There are two types of FF Dyne, one for carbon fiber sheets and the other for aramid fiber sheets, and the optimum viscosity is set for each sheet. Initial curing is 8 to 15 hours, complete curing is in 1 week to form strong FRP.
Characteristics
- Excellent acid / alkali, moisture / salt / oil resistance
- It does not require heavy machinery and can be constructed by a small number of people.
- There is less vibration and noise, and there is less impact on the surrounding environment.
- The FRP layer also prevents damage to concrete due to external deterioration factors such as rain and exhaust gas.
